The decor of this fifth-floor unit is so energetic and playful. There are many nice details in every room, including beautiful wood furniture, tropical-style ceiling fans, and lots of hand-painted details. Other features include a full kitchen with a long island counter, full-size washer and dryer in the utility room, and a balcony that runs from the bedroom to the living room.

Quiet and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerlin. The condo had everything we needed and was right on the beach with a great view. Booking and checking out was easier than I've ever encountered. The pool was not the greatest but not a deal breaker for me. There was not any activities for children or teens but again not a deal breaker for me.
Wonderful Vacation in Fort Walton Beach, FL and the Summerlin 504 Condo made the stay even better!

The Gentleman that was the property manager was kind and helpful in every possible way.
The place was very cheerfully colored and had a homely feeling. We loved the view from the 5th floor.

A nice stereo system would of been nice and a sprayer on the kitchen sink would of been nice. All you had to do to the front door was push on it a little and it would open even when it was locked.

This condo was a great place to stay. I really loved the balcony area and the quite beaches. The only problem was the condo next door the man upstairs had a problem with us and the condo because of the chairs on the beach. He was extremely rude and i am sure i am not the only guest he has treated this way. Maybe it would be a good idea to come to peace with your neighbor before it hurts your bussiness.

Next time we come down - we will definitely request this unit. We specifically looked for a nice looking unit with tall chairs on a large balcony -so we can see enjoy the view. The paint accents are adorable - they did a great job on decorating. Nice easy walk to the beach too.

I enjoyed the complimentary golf, movies, and other items. Your rental company has put together an ammenity package to suit anyone. This was our 2nd time to stay at the Summerlin Condo, and will definetly not be our last.

The condo was great, it had everything you could ever use in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, the ocean view from the balcony was awesome. I would very much recommend the Summerlin to anyone wanting to go to Ft Walton
