Newly Renovated with New Furniture! This stylish unit on the first floor of the Summerlin, offers an elevated view of all the action on the beach. See it all from balcony windows in the living area and the master bedroom. Features in this unit include a full kitchen, a large island counter, full-size washer and dryer, and huge wall-size mirrors. The two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa can accomodate up to six guests. This unit also has designated garage covered parking.

Provide larger bars of soap, the small ones fall apart after a single shower. It woula also be nice to have shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer since I am asking.

Cleanliness was not very good. Stain on master bathroom rug, glass in kitchen was dirty and stuck to cabinet, sliding doors were dirty and hard to see through, dirt along edges of floors. Could tell unit had been cleaned in a quick manner not a good cleaning.

A few observations: The condo we stayed in was not good for handicap. The bottom rail of doors leading to balcony must be stepped over to access balcony. We had ants in unit. This trip did not have handicap family member, but could not stay here

Small condo complex of only 30 units in an area of smaller condo complexes. This is one of the reasons we enjoy the Summerlin. We don't like the highrise condos and don't like the large crowds they attract. Condo was very clean.

Me and my family go to florida every year and the past two vactions have been booked with Brooks and Shorey Resort. We had a wonderful time and plan on booking with them again this year. The locations are close to everything you to do plus..... The service, Condos, beaches, food everything was great and my kids always have a blast. This is the place I like to go to unwind and relax.
We had a wonderful time, I would rate everything a 5 star

This is a great location. I like thr easy in and out as far as traffic goes. Very nice property and I would definitely recommend it. Amd a nice beach area too...
REFURBISH

Patio furniture very cheap and uncomfortable which kinda spoiled the enjoyment of the southern exposure on the balcony.Carpet is shabby and will never be clean again-needs replacing!Stove and kitchen utensils barely adequate-microwave noisy and antiquated.
Beautiful beach and pleasant weather certainly made our trip worthwhile.

WE had a pretty good time. NOt a whole lot of cooking utensils. Also, unit was not very clean. WE ended up buying cleaning supplies when we go there because the bathrooms were really gross.
