Beautiful corner/end unit - lots of large windows to take in the splendor of the beach! Two Bedroom, Two Bath Unit with bright and colorful decor, so you can enjoy scenes of the beach inside and out!
This first floor unit is an incredible space that has tons of touches of home. Each room has its own coastal flair, including brightly colored tropical fish in the master bedroom/bath, lightly colored seashells in the guest bedroom/bath, and a palm tree mural in the dining area.
With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, this non-smoking unit can accomodate up to 7 guests. A new wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemeted by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive!
The balcony/patio outside extends from the living room to the master bedroom and gives guests plenty of space to enjoy a beach-front view from morning 'til night.

All guests at the Summerlin can use the resort pool, BBQ grills, and boardwalk to go directly to the beach. Our units at this resort also have free high-speed internet access. These units are a great place to stay, whether you're here for a few days or a few months!

We were very pleased with the location of the condo, and the fact that it was an end unit with views of the beach from the living room, master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. There were six of us in the unit, and we managed quite well on sleeping arrangements. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodations, and other family that came to visit liked the place as well. The only items we needed but couldn't find were pillow cases for the extra pillows. It was a great unit that I would highly recommend and will return to again. The property management staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great experience!

Three suggestions. Twin bed mattresses need replaced. Needed more kitchen trash bags. Furniture in the patio also need relacing (plastic brittle, been in the sun to much).

need to clean behind pullout bed, and their is no room to walk by the palm tree with out knocking it over.

The unit was not clean. The Kitche sink faucet was really nasty. The refrig door would not close properly. We enjoyed our overall stay. We will recommend Summerlin to friends. Just not this unit.

Great place overall, unit was large and very nice and beach was very accessible. Only a couple of complaints - maintenance man banging on pipes or running a weed eater right below us several mornings as early as 7:30, and the balcony doors needed cleaning in order to have a decent view.

We stayed at Summerlin and we enjoyed the vacation so much! On the day we had to leave and come home, none of us wanted to leave! The property was great. The pool was nice, clean and almost as if it were just for us as it was not crowded. The beaches were clean and as the pool, not crowded.

Summerlin 101 is one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. The location, decor, layout is just awesome! It was great to be on the corner right above the pool and the beach boardwalk! And the staff??? THE BEST EVER!!! We have already made reservations (after we got home LAST year) for this summer! (July 25 - July 31) and hopefully will continue to come back every single summer. Our four kids LOVED it, too and felt like they were at home...none of us ever want to leave once we get settled in!
