Just as special, Island House features a large sparkling swimming pool and tennis courts on site, racquet ball courts, shuffleboard, ping pong, public grill access, nearby world-class golf, and ample parking (one reserved just for you!) right downstairs.
The main attraction? That would be the view. As a two-story corner end unit, this condo is the only one in the entire complex that offers unobstructed views up the North coast from side windows AND direct ocean views spanning 180 degrees and then some! Downstairs, your living room extends through sliding glass doors that span the width of the entire unit, to a large balcony with table and comfy chairs.
Enjoy the living room with a chic but comfy sofa and large beachy glass-topped coffee table, perfect for games of scrabble or sipping a cool drink. A brand-new flat-screen TV is tucked in a white armoir, standing ready to entertain with a show or DVD after a great day at the beach. Two comfy and oversized chairs offer seating options for everyone in your party. This is a sunny room filled all day with light reflecting off the nearby ocean. You’re even near enough to hear the crashing waves, and enjoy the beautiful ceiling fan as it fans you in paradise.
A large dining suite fits comfortably between the living area and adjacent kitchen, a table and chairs so large and comfortable, they are perfect for lingering over dinner and dessert. The kitchen is fully stocked, your designated chef remains part of the action thanks to a large pass-through window and breakfast bar space. On hand to facilitate fantastic meals are all the equipment you might need, including an oven, stove, microwave, big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Clean the bathrooms better. there was leftover soap with hair stuck on it in the shower/bathtub. Get some better grade washcloths; they were like brillo pad cloths. The dish rags were softer. Condo itself has nice layout. Great ocean front views. Enjoyed the stay.

Ocean Front Condo St. Augustine Beach

We were very pleased with this condo. It is the first time we have ever rented a condo and it was an excellent first experience. The unit was clean and seemd well cared for. The view of the beach is beautiful. The only thing we noticed was that the light at the top of the landing, in front of the 2nd bedroom, flickered when used. We used the on in front of the master bedroom instead. I would highly recommend this unit and would definately stay again if we travel to St. Augustine again.

Nice Condo in St. Augustine Beach

We were two couples sharing this beachfront 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath condo in a quiet area of St. Augustine Beach, about 7-8 miles south of St. Augustine proper. The ocean views are spectacular. The condo is well equipped and clean, but could use a little TLC. The vertical blinds need a tune-up, many light bulbs are blown, the shower head in bathroom 2 fell apart, and the outside entry door to the laundry room is difficult to keep latched. The reservation and check in/out process was simple and easy via internet, though we had no other, personal, contact with anyone. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would consider this property again, though I'd like to see the minor maintainance issues addressed.
