We get a Great view of the Sunsets from are Room. Everything has been great so far and everybody friendly and helpful. We run into the owners of this unit and they are very nice people, and if we ever make it this far east again we will for sure be looking into getting this room again.

Overall the property was okay. My complaints are with the elevator was was extremely slow and very hot. Had it not been for the fact that the room was on the seventh floor I would have been able to carry my bags up faster than the elevator. My condo also had a couple of minor problems. The patio door blinds kept falling off and the microwave was too high for a short person to reach. Other than that the stay was okay.

I was very disappointed with the furniture and the vertical binds fell everytime you opened or closed them. Several would fall off each time. The elevator is extremely slow and makes noises that you are not sure if it is safe. I took my mother who is 84 and her sister my aunt because they wanted to see the beach so much. They enjoyed being able to see the beach but were unable to stay on the balcony very much. One chair was all that was there and the ones inside were not able to be moved outside due to their size and being so heavy. They were not the type of chair for a balcony. I own a timeshare and and I am use to staying in condos but was surprised with this one.

Everything was wonderful. New sheets on the bed were a little rough on our sunburns, but overall everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back again, will recommend to everyone.

This stay was room 706, which I call the old building. This room is sufficient but the heating/cooling system is not very efficient I believe it to be more centrally controlled. I believe a previous guest had smoked in the room as well. I do prefer the properties newer building, the room layouts, controls and kitchen. The location is what I'd call a little more out off the way which I like. Property is usually very clean. I do prefer property management to be onsite. Their smiling faces are always welcome.
