Just because we earned a discount in room cost from dedicated service and protection of this country's freedoms, your business wanted to charge us. Not cool.

I was extrememly pleased with the location, view, and accommodations of the condo. I couldn't have asked for more, as there was already more than I needed. There was one part that I REALLY hated, though... LEAVING! I would love to get the same suite the next time, and there will be a next time! Thanks, Brooks and Shorey. Job well done!

We love staying at the Islander Beach Resort. The furniture in this unti is rather old and somewhat worn. The towel bars in both bedrooms needs to be replaced. Really enjoy having carpeting in this unit. The tile is becoming dirty and chipped. The dining room furniture is fine

This was our third stay at the Islander Beach Resort. We love it. It is so peaceful and beautiful. This was our first stay in 3006. Overall it was a very nice condo. We were directly over the pool and noise was never a problem. All we had to do was shut the sliding glass door to our balcony and we couldn't hear a thing. We have a two year old, so all of the glass furniture and seashell nicnacks were a concern (we stored the glass coffe table in our bedroom during our stay and moved the seashells to a middle shelf and returned them to the bottom shelf before we left. We brought our router so we were able to enjoy wireless internet. My only complaint was the cleaness of the bathrooms (bathtubs to be specific). It is nothing against the owners or the condo itself.... (just the people who clean it between guests). There was black and pink residue on the surround and on the top sides of the tub, the stuff that doesn't form over a few weeks, but stuff that forms over months and months when it hasn't had a good cleaning. I also loved the assortment of books to read....the owner and I have a common interest reading. We will be coming back next year!!!

It was very inconvenient to check in/out at a different location (other than the condo). In years past the procedure took five minutes and we walked right up to our condo. We had to drive out of our way to check in/out. More staffing may be needed for this process as we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check in. Also, in years past, we were provided with extra towels so that we didn't have to do laundry everyday. This year we had to wash our towels and washrags everyday, if we wanted to shower daily. that is the only thing I would change.

The room, the pool, the beach... everything was amazing!! Def stay there again!

Our only complaint of this unit was that the furniture was quite worn out and not very confortable (especially the couch and love seat) The Comforters on the beds were also quite worn. Otherwise we loved the location and everything else about it.
