My only issue was with the location of the bed --right next to the sliding glass door it obstructed the view in the day time and made the room seem much smaller

We loved staying in the Islander 203. The condo is so homey! Great view and great location. We didn't want to leave. Hope to be back soon.

overall satisfied. There was a gap btw the ground and the outside door. I believe this is how a roach made its way in. staff was very helpfull

Had to call property manager office twice to get sheets for sofa-bed (small thing). Overall a very relaxing vacation for us. Beach services and building maintenance personal were top notch, friendly, helpful and informative about sea life and weather. Loved the fact that we could watch our children play without having to look through a crowd.

The condo was not as clean as we were used to at previous times. This unit not only was not cleaned good before arival, the carpet was very dirty. We hope next year we will get a cleaner unit. We had fun on our vacation. Thanks

Our stay was most enjoyable. We didn't need a large place for the two of us so we booked #203 at The Islander. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchen has all one would need including a table/chairs and the decor was bright and cheerful. The Bedroom/Living area is tastefully decorated, has a comfortable king size bed and a wonderful view of the Gulf, complete wih balcony. The cleanliness of the unit and entire complex is very good. I would not hesitate to book again and can recommend Brooks & Shorey, The Islander and their staffs for a most enjoyable stay.

My husband's favorite thing to do is to play golf and mine is to be on the white powered sugar beaches of the panhandle in Florida. This was our third time to the area and our second time with Brooks & Shorey. Everything was lovely. The only snag was checking in after hours and finding the right place to pick up the keys. Thank You for our beautiful stay.

will plan to stay here again 2 or 3 times in 2008. great place.
I go to FWB on a regular basis for business for the gov. It seems that the company will only put the Gov visitors in the older part of the property and some of these units have been in pretty bad shape.
