Shades of maroon, beige, and green represent the tropical flavor in this unit. Decorations in the living area are beautifully matched to the colors and textures of the couch, loveseat, and dining set. Both bedrooms are tastefully styled and have eye-catching accent lamps. A final decorative touch can be seen in the bathroom showers and on the floor in the whole unit - subtle imprints of shells in all of the tiles.

The floor was very dirty in this condo. Also, I think its time for some paint and general repair. Bifold door in MB is broken. Screen on patio is broken. It was broken 2 years ago when we stayed here.

Great view! Wireless internet didn't work. Ceiling flakes kept falling. Bed squeeks.There was plenty of room for the two of us.Bathrooms alittle small,so glad there were two.

The only thing we didn't like in the condo was the sofa sleeper. It wasn't a good mattress to sleep on even for the kids. I think it needs replaced. Also at this time of year the elevators were slow. But other than these few things we had a nice time.

Very plesant condo to stay in, location is as good as any other. Maintenance staff pleasant. Pool and area 100% great, but only one table with an umbrella. Pool area in the sun all day!Beach staff and seating appears to be effecient, includes Lifeguards.

Overall we had a great stay. Unit was clean, but did not have enough linens (we purchased some additional wash clothes as we only had 3 total). Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will likely try to book again at the IP.

The overall condo cleanliness was good but the tile floors need to be stem cleaned and then a sealer applied. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedspreads and shower curtains need to be updated as they are showing their wear. Also the master bedroom matress needs to be replaced. Stan and Valerie are great to work with and very pleasant and accomodating. We are repeat guests and look forward to returning for the 2009 winter.
