After finding 405 not satisfactory (dingy, stuffy, poor mattress) we moved to 508 which was superior in every way. The desk manager was very helpful and concerned that we be happy! We really enjoyed the rest of our stay. The amenities package was useful. Thanks again!

We would of booked with the same unit but were told we would have to book for 10 weeks---we did not want to stay that long so we have booked another unit in another building for next year.

Overall great experience, enjoyed the unit alot. Liked bright colors. Bedspread on king bed a little worn.... A bigger and more accessible fitness room and a jacuzzi would make the place even better for me. The stray cats I found humorous, they kinda spooked me at times but I know they weren't dangerous -just seemed the black one kept following me - I must be supersticious. I come to visit my boyfriend and we get a condo on the beach - 2nd trip and will be back in May - would love to stay there again - but also would love to get in to Azzure. Any help with that would be great!

I chose this property for the balcony view and it didn't disappoint! Our trip was amazing. The condo more comfortable & economical than the hotel we booked last trip! I'll not hesitate to stay here again. And soon!!

We had a very nice time at Gulf Dunes, however, this was not a planned vacation. We had to evacuate for Hurricane Gustav, and couldn't find very many places to stay. It really was not in our budget to stay at Gulf Dunes. I would definitely consider staying here again, but, would like if there was some sort of discount for families forced to leave their homes because of a mandatory evacuation in their town.

This unit is in very poor condition. We experienced several issues with our stay: the faucet in the bathtub sprays water EVERYWHERE when the shower is turned on; the sliding door is almost impossible to open; the sheets were filthy; the furniture needs to be steam cleaned...need I say more? Avoid this one!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the late check in time. For the amount of money you spend kinda' seems unfair to check in so late and check out so early.
Gulf Dunes 405

We actually left a day early. The mattress in the room was terrible. My husband and I could not stand another night sleeping on it. We even tried to pull out the mattress on the couch to see if it was any wasn't. We would have stayed the full time, but it was worth it to us to leave a nights' pay and come home to a soft bed. I would not recommend this unit to a friend. I read the comments book in the room when we got there and another guest had a problem with the mattress in Jan 07...
