We were not provided with directions nor an address when we picked up our package after hours. We drove around for an hour and didn't arrive until 2:00 am. There were sugar ants in the kitchen. Mgt very rude when we experienced a lock-out. We were told it was a $35 fee when the info on the refrigerator said $25. These things did not help our vacation experience.
Would not hesitate to stay in the same unit again!

This condo is a great room that's fully stocked with everything you need to have a blast at the beach. My only complaints (and these are minor) one of the fans in the master bedroom wobbled and squeaked loudly. The +'s about this place far outweighed that issue though. The location was great for the kids to play on the beach all day long. 4 golf courses to choose from each day of your stay for free! I'll definitely be back to ETW next year.

We absolutely love Emerald Towers West. The location is perfect for a less dense population on the beach, yet close enough to all the things we want to do. We're definately booking again next year.

I was quite disappointed that there was no free weekly cleaning and that i would have to pay $55.00 to get my room cleaned.
Nice Place, Great Views, Needs Soap

I really liked the layout of the place with the master bedroom having its own view and access to the balcony. The windows were nice and big to allow for a landscape view. The only complaints are there was no dish soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, or shampoo provided...and the soap provided for showers was minimal. It would also be nice to have some paper towels. These are expected amenities for an expensive condominium rental.

The condo was clean and the furniture and amenities were nice but the second bedroom had no remote control, the internet connection and the only DVD player were in the living room where the only TV with PS or X-Box hook-ups were available which made it impossible to watch TV, play games or internet at the same time. This condo was inadequate if you are bringing children and have the 3 days of rain we had (which I know is not your fault) It would have been nice if we could have all enjoyed being there even in the rain. On the otherhand, the staff at Brooks and Shorey was very nice when we booked the condo and we will probably call to book again, just not at that condo. (We will asked more questions when we do, this was our first time to take children and didn't consider not having DVD or internet in the rooms) Thank you, Robert and Carol Zorn

Quality is slipping

The unit was not cleaned prior to our moving in. The furniture was a hodgepodge collection. 2009 reservation was poorly handled and we had to move to another condo, managed by another company. In the past we've been delighted with Brooks & Shorey's attention to detail. Sadly, it seems to be slipping. Fort Walton Beach is still a marvelous place to spend time in the winter. We will return.

We have been staying at ET W for the last 5 years, but this unit was very un confortable, and as always the Blender was broken. The beds we the most unconfortable I have ever slept on. But the View and the Beach were just fantastic, we will come back but will not rent that unit again.
