Three wonderful days in June!

From the time we entered our condo and was greeted by the breathtaking scenery from every window, we knew this was going to be a special vacation. The condo was so pretty and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony as we watched the dolphins play. The weather was perfect, which allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the beach. We are already making plans to return next summer to Emerald Towers West!

We encountered roaches for 4 days, called office and they sent an exterminator up. No roaches after that but my wife and daughter wanted to cut the vacation short one day because of the roach problem

This unit is great! Windows all around on this end unit. Rooms are large, with plenty of closet space. The view is GREAT, whether sitting on the sofa, or out on the wrap-around deck. You'll get your moneys worth, here.

The general housekeeping seems to be getting worse every year we have rented at Emerald Towers around 7 years The building is showing signs of age.

As usual, we love the Emerald Towers West and have continued to go there year after year. We have never been disappointed - no matter what room we book! I do think that there should be toilet paper and paper towels for your stay, and would also like for the guests to be able to start the dishwasher in the morning of departure without having to unload it before leaving...

Great condo - wonderful layout with corner views - tons of light! Noise from upstairs "friends" can be a bit of a problem. Beach location and privacy was perfect and the chairs and umbrella were a real plus. Be sure to bring ALL of your kitchen and laundry essentials - only utensils and dishes provided.

My family and I counldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo was wonderful. Great views, clean, and the location was just far enough from the hustle and bustle that your weren't overcrowded. We loved the being able to get up and watch the dolphins every morning from the balcony, and we loved being able to let the older kids go to the beach and be able to sit out and watch them while they enjoyed the beach. There were only a couple of things I would have liked more. It would have been better if the pool wasn't on the parking lot side of the complex and the hose on the wash off shower was broke, so it made it difficult to get all the sand off. But other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better and more relaxing vacation. We will surely be doing this type of vacation again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

That was our 3rd year to stay in 4007 @ Emerald Towers West. We love the room because it's an end room on the fourth floor. The views are excellent & the room is decorated nicely.

The Condo, the water and the weather was beautiful. I love the corner unit because of the view from the front and side. My whole family enjoyed our stay and we had a great time. Please pass my thanks along to the owners for allowing my family to share their home. We hope to do it again next year.

The elevator was out for a day, that was not acceptable. I did not like the location of the pool, I found it inconvienent. Our room was fabulous. I enjoyed the furnishings and decorations. The owners did a great job.

The room was generally clean, altough the floors could use a bit more "elbow grease" when being cleaned. Also, something has to be done with that squeaky headboard in the master bedroom!

We had a very enjoyable trip. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that you can't lock the deadbolt locks from the outside, so when you leave, you can only lock the bottom lock.
Excellent condition and the perfect way to vacation.

The property was great. We loved have the extra room for the children. Being directly on the beach gave us more time to relax. I would recommend this property to anyone. The only suggestion I have is include detergents and trash liners in the rooms. This is a little frustrating have to go shopping for these items on vacation.

I have stayed @ Emerald Towers West the last 8 yrs. Everything about the place I like. The building is not to big. It's easy to get to and from the beach to each unit. Great views except I wouldn't want to be on the 1st floor, because the view is not as good and you can hear noise from the parking lot. The pool is a nice size for the size building.
We are planning our 9th stay there this June.
