The accomodations were more than we expected. It was a very nice condo with an excellent view. We even watched the dolphins from the balcony on several occasions. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to paradise.

Great manager, good condo but had a few maintenance issues

Not happy only because of the weather! Loved the condo even though the location was a little too remote for us.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The only small complaint would be, that our view was very nice, but being on the ground floor, our view of the beach directly in front was obstructed by the sand dune. We could not see the beach or the waters edge. Looking side to side the protective dunes were smaller in hieght.We could hear the waves fine but that was all. We could hardly see the people walking on the beach,from the neck up. Forget watching the children play. Thanks.

We had an amazing time in Ft.Walton/Okaloosa/Destin. What a great area to vacation in our own country! Forget Mexico or all the other beach locales. I'm keeping my vacation money here in the U.S.! The only minor issue in cleanliness is that under the beds it was a bit dirty/dusty and needed sweeping. Absolutely, relatively, minor in my books! This condo was nicely decorated and very convenient to the beach with a great view. NO issues with having to wait for an elevator or running up and down the stairs. The owners really take pride in their investment. I will highly recommend this condo and Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc. Thanks for making this trip memorable!

Upon arrival the grass between the property and the dunes was full of litter (pop cans). told the 1st floor was above dunes actually property was on bottom floor.

I love the fact that our condo was on the bottom and the beach was right out the patio ansd then you go out your front door and there was the pool. The water was crystal blue until it rained..amazing beach..amazing condo...

We had a wonderful experience. I loved our condo - first floor ocean view. I want to express how impressed I was with the beach service ( umbrella/chairs) both young men who set up were very personable and polite - I can't say that very often you come across such attentive young folks - they were an asset to our entire stay. We were me w/smiles upon arrival and departure. Very quiet, relaxing stay. I am looking forward to returning. Since I had also invited other friends I was very happy that the accommodations and beach location were so nice. We only had a few minor problems w/the condo - all we reported to the attendant. i.e. an iron fell out of the closet and just missed my head - apparently it had not been placed securely. The attendant offered to have staff come to the condo if needed - very customer friendly. You have great staff. thanks again

The mattess on the king bed was not comfortable. The mattress was saging on the left hand side nearest the bathroom. The shower curtain that goes inside the tub was dirty. It was difficult to figure out how the shower worked. The tub was not clean. The curtains on the right hand side going out to the balcony was hanging down. Over all we had a good stay. I feel with a few minor corretions this would be a great condo to stay in.

We found this condo online. It was all it said it would be. The view and location were great. We will be returning!! We have children and this was a family friendly place to stay.

Overall,nice value and great location. My wife and I were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The brochure gave the reason for such a late check-in as 4pm so as to give the staff time to meet their exacting standards of cleanliness- my wife and I had to clean the table, rewash dishes and sweep before we went to bed. Maybe the maid was having a bad day, never the less, we recomend the unit and the staff. We would stay again.

I found the office folks most helpful. Overall a most enjoyable 3 days.

The only complaints that I had with the property was the lock on the front door was very hard to unlock and the pool was not on the oceanside.

Well, it didn't. Our groups only common area was the parking lot!! Another family in our group experienced an ant invasion. Ants completely took over their clothes in the dressers, got in their toiletries in the bathroom, took over the beds, it was awful!! Brooks & Shorey did get them another room the next day, but in no way compensated them for the inconvenience. They had gone to the store and bought poison, spray,laundry soap, etc. but were not reimbursed.

An excellent place to stay with more amenities than I expected and a fantastic view. I've stayed there every year for the past eight or nine years now.
