Would highly recommend this particular unit. The floor are in need of being cleaned (mopped) and it appeared unit next door (right) or upper unit was being remodeled. Sounded like furniture was being moved around. All took place during the day so that was helped.

This condo was cheery, and is right on the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 5, and a 10-second walk over the dune to the sand. However, the building is a little rough, and the area is not particularly family-friendly. To do anything but the beach, you'll be in the car, whereas other areas along the Destin/Seaside stretch are more kid-, bike- and walk-friendly.
I would recommend this for singles or childless couples, but it's not all that great for families. Relaxing and nice, but not swank or classy.

The condo that we stayed in was beautiful. It had a awesome view of the beach and was close to everything. We would definetly stay there again.
