Never mind the rough exterior! You are going to rent Surf Rider for the comforts inside and the spectacular views of this beachfront home. This one-story home has easy access for everyone.
Outside—besides having the wide open spaces of Manzanita Beach with 7 miles of hard packed sand so you can run kites or ride bikes—you have an outdoor shower in the back for rinsing off all the sand and you have a narrow deck in front to welcome you back from all your beach walks.
Inside you have a very nicely upgraded living room, dining room, and tiled kitchen that make you feel at-home and comfortable as soon as you open the front door.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a “kids’ room” with a pyramid bunk. A pyramid bunk has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. On the other side of the kids’ room is a single bed—so you are set for four in this room.
The one full bath has a shower/tub combination. Surprise for you, there is a laundry room with utility sink—and another toilet. This creative half-bath offers some relief for the main bath.
