This is Canopy Walk Unit 334 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - is 20 miles south of St. Augustine & 25 miles north of Daytona Beach Florida and 85 miles east of Disney World).
The kitchen is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities and also includes a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch your LCD TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bath has separated his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has a queen and LCD TV (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The screened in lanai overlooking the Intracoastal waterway is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
Our luxury condo is located in Canopy Walk - a 53-acre retreat located on the banks of the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. From the moment you turn into the entrance, you’ll know it’s a special place. The sunlight sneaking through the majestic canopy of old oaks and cypress trees brings back memories of hidden forts and secret hiding places. At the end of this magical tunnel, a sparkling blue lake and lush green lawns are waiting to greet you.
At Canopy Walk, you’ll find lots of things to enjoy. On-site amenities include a private marina, a 3,000sf clubhouse with billiard room, sitting areas with large screen TV, fitness center, heated zero entry pool, spa, kids water park, cookout area, clubhouse kitchen, ½ court basketball, beach volleyball, stocked fishing lakes, screened lakeside and boat dock gazebos, 7-mile nature walking/biking trail and nature areas.

I just thought they were a little skimpy on kitchen/cooking utensils, only 1 towel per person and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (2) to 6 people with no spares. I would expect to purchase more if I was there two weeks or more but for up to 2 weeks I feel that was pretty cheap. I also felt that some one came to replace the a/c filter, she said she rang the bell and I didn't hear it as I was in the bedroom and she walked in, I was startled and I feel they should make a phone call before coming or leave a note on the door when they will return.

WE LOVED PALM COAST AND CANOPY WALK HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN NEXT YEAR. OUR CONTRACT STATED 3 BEEDROOMS AND THREE BATHS. THERE WERE ONLY TWO BATHS. THE LAKES ONR THE PROPERTY (OR PONDS) WERE NOT STOCKED AS INDICATED BUT THE FISHINF AND CRABING WERE GOOD IN THE INTERCOASTAL THE GROUT IN TILE NEEDED CLEANING. DESPITE ALL OF THIS WE LOVED IT.
