If you are looking for that true mountain getaway surrounded by a forest, this home is for you. This custom, brand new luxury home is located in Blue River at the end of a private, wooded driveway that opens onto beautiful, spacious property, totally surrounded by mountains and forest on 3 acres. Quandry Peak overlooks the property from the south. This home features custom granite counter tops, a large front deck with gas grill, floor-to-ceiling windows, with solar window coverings in the living room and kitchen, with fabulous mountain and forest views. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and a 56" flat screen TV. The large dining area has slate floors with a table that seats 10. The entire house has radiant heated floors.
The main level features the master bedroom with a king-size bed and small private deck. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub and granite counter tops. A powder room and a laundry room are also on the main level.
The upstairs features a queen-size suite with TV, and a loft sitting area with computer desk and complimentary WIFI internet service. It also has a private bath.
The large family room is downstairs with a game table, TV and wet bar. Also downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and LCD TV and the other with two Captain's bunks (full bed bottom and twin on top) and a shared bath between.
A brand new circular Hot tub is located behind the house, again, surrounded by lodgepole pine trees. This three-acre property has a small pond and plenty of hiking/walking areas and comes with a two car heated garage. Sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

This was our second stay here. A perfect mountain getaway! The only suggestion we would make would be to add a sound system of some sort. Also, main floor TV needs to be angled down a little more for proper viewing and the cable box and DVD players are in a location that partially blocks the view of the TV. Otherwise, this is a wonderful house. We especially like its location on a deadend road outside of town.

The cabin was very new and very nice. Completely stocked with everything you need for your vacation. About six miles outside of Breckenridge, so a bit of a drive into town.
Beautiful cabin. Well stocked with games and kitchen ware. Rental staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was well cared for and maintained. Nothing has been overlooked.
